Key Dates

If you have a speaking slot, seminar or lunchtime workshop included in your sponsorship package, here are the key dates for your diary.

Upon signing your contract: we’ll be in touch to arrange a phone call so that we can introduce ourselves and answer any questions you might have.

Monday 7th December 2026: Deadline to send us the Title, Abstract and Speaker details for your session. This gives us plenty of time to promote your session to our attendees.

Monday 8th February 2027: Deadline to send us your PowerPoint presentation slides
